You Report It. We Help Get It Handled.

When something goes wrong in your rental condo, you shouldn't have to manage endless calls between your landlord, Realtor, vendors, and technicians.

Miami Prime Management gives tenants one simple place to report condo maintenance issues.

Tell us what's happening. We'll gather the information we need, communicate directly with you when necessary, and contact the person responsible for approving the service.

Once authorized, we can help coordinate the appropriate vendor, scheduling, access, and repair follow-up.

Your landlord does not need to have a property management contract with Miami Prime for you to submit a work order.
